Our bridge fund is a £30 million revolving loan facility from Big Society Capital, managed by Leapfrog Finance, to support large scale community energy projects, in particular solar. The facility is designed to fund construction, project acquisition, or to underwrite share offers.
Through the Community Energy Bridge Fund, Leapfrog Finance have financed 23.1MW of community-owned renewable energy projects over the last two years.
